1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using the facilities of Serik Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

These apply to all sessions including audio, video, livestreaming, consulting and any related service.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional podcast, audio and video recording, livestreaming, consulting and

production services. An engineer/producer is included in every session.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings must be made in advance through our booking system or by contacting us.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is due no later than the

start of your booked time. Time starts and ends at the scheduled time. Overtime will be charged at

our hourly rate and must be approved beforehand.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior may be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 12

hours in advance are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The Company may

reschedule due to emergencies or technical issues.

5. Studio Use & Conduct

No smoking, vaping, alcohol or illegal substances are permitted. No open drinks or food near

equipment. Respect staff, equipment and premises. The client is responsible for guests. CCTV

may be used for safety. Sessions may be terminated without refund for unsafe or disruptive

behavior.

6. Equipment, Damage & Liability

Clients are fully responsible for any damage, loss or theft of studio property during their session

and agree to cover repair or replacement costs. The Company is not liable for personal belongings

or injuries. Clients agree to indemnify the Company from any related claims or damages.

7. Recordings, Intellectual Property & Use

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their recordings. The Company may withhold

recordings until payment is received. The Company may use behindthescenes photos or clips

for promotion unless the client opts out in writing.

8. Hours, Parking & Access

Studio hours: 9 am–10 pm daily. Free parking is available. Clients must confirm arrival time and

vacate promptly at session end.

9. Confidentiality

All creative and personal information shared in the studio is kept confidential and not disclosed to

third parties without consent.

10. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control (e.g.,

power outages, natural disasters, equipment failure).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Ontario law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.

12. Acceptance

By booking or entering Serik Studio premises, clients confirm they have read, understood, and

agree to these Terms & Conditions.
